NEXT SYMPOSIUM: MAY 2026
CMC Global
Symposia
The Chinese Mission Convention has been an important platform for mobilizing the Chinese churches to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ globally. CMC is mission focused, and we believe that generational synergy is crucial to the expansion of the Kingdom of God.
Chinese churches in North America have two different cultures, possibly more, so to build this synergy it requires work. How will God use all the generations to expand his Kingdom, and reach the world? To help each church sort out how to create synergy CMC brings rich resources through these symposia so that they can be equipped for the mission of God.
Being Bridges Across Cultures and Generations
Hear Living Water Evangelical Church share about how their outreach to Afghan refugees provided an opportunity for them to serve cross-culturally as well as learn how to collaborate intergenerationally. Though this story focuses on the ministry to the Afghan refugees, the journey of intentionally bridging across cultures and generations goes beyond this ministry.
Speakers:
Jackie Hwang, Rev. Barry Gin, Linda Koh, May Liang, Jacob H., Keoni G.
Intergenerational Collaboration on Mission in the Immigrant Church
